A clinical case in early orthodontic treatment.
A patient aged 10 years presented with:
– significant midline shift,
– significant asymmetry of the maxillary arch,
– narrow V-shaped jaw,
– tooth 22 positioned completely outside the arch on the palate.

Clinical case: insertion of palatally positioned tooth 25 into the arch using a Schwarz plate. This orthodontic mechanics is reproducible and predictable. It is worth considering this technique when deciding on a treatment method. Advantages of this appliance – no tilting of the occlusal plane. Treatment time: 2 years 6 months.
